Lisa joined The Financial Innovators Group as an owner, partner and advisor in 2020. She has earned the following designations: CLU® (Chartered Life Underwriter), LLQP (Life License Qualification Program), CEA (Certified Executive Advisor), and EPC™ (Elder Planning Counselor). She's also a member of Advocis. Furthermore, she has also completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC®) and the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH®) course from the Canadian Securities Institute.
Lisa always puts her family first. She dedicates most of her leisure time to ensure her kids are living their best lives, watching them excel in their own endeavours and just having fun! Lisa Burlacoff joined The Financial Innovators Group in 2018. She holds a nursing diploma from Ryerson Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from the University of Western Ontario. Her nursing background gives her deep insight into Critical Illness and Long-Term Care insurance planning.

Now (almost) empty nesters in Etobicoke, Lisa and Brian enjoy globetrotting adventures and often squeeze in a round of golf along the way.

Sabina Osadca is an associate advisor with 28 years of experience in the financial services industry. She is passionate about helping people achieve their financial goals by first understanding their relationship with money—what drives them, what they value, and what they dream of.

Known for her warm and thoughtful approach, Sabina builds lasting client relationships based on trust and insight. Outside of work, she's a busy mom of two and a dedicated Pilates instructor. Her happy place is at the trailer, surrounded by family and friends, where she finds balance, joy, and the inspiration that fuels her personal and professional life.

Always with a smile, Gabriela is likely the first voice you will hear on the phone or meet when you're in the office. She manages our programs and calendars and will go above and beyond to make things happen.

Deanna works to ensure that your investment requests are processed efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner. Clients say she is a delight to work with. Deanna's passion is travel and she always has a trip plan in the works.

Jennifer has quickly become an integral part of our team. She ensures all transactions are processed and that any questions you might have are answered quickly and accurately! Jen is also a lover of travel getting away to explore the world as often as she can.

Having joined the team in 2021, Brenda works closely with Lisa Houston to quarterback insurance applications through the underwriting process, always keeping clients updated as to the next steps. On weekends you can find Brenda and her husband touring around Southwestern Ontario on their motorbikes.
