Blake, the founder of Griffith & Associates, is a dedicated professional who specializes in meeting the unique needs of executives and owner-managers in Calgary. With his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and a Bachelor of Financial Services degree, Blake is well-equipped to provide knowledgeable advice. 

In just over a decade, Blake has garnered significant recognition for his outstanding work. Blake takes great pleasure in mentoring new advisors and sharing his knowledge at professional engagements.

Beyond his professional achievements, Blake is a proud father and an avid golfer and fisherman. These personal interests bring balance to his life and contribute to his overall well-being.

With a remarkable 29-year tenure as an Advisor, Lance embarked on a new chapter, joining the Griffith team as an Associate Advisor in 2020. Lance has proudly held the esteemed CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation for over two decades. He works closely with executives and business owners implementing and executing retirement income and estate succession strategies.

Outside the office, Lance enjoys attending whisky events. As a dedicated volunteer committee member of Slainte Mhath, which translates to "Good Health" in Gaelic, Lance actively contributes to the Scotch and other whisky societies at the Calgary Petroleum Club.

Meghan has been an integral part of Griffith & Associates since day one. With an impressive tenure of over 15 years in the financial services industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. Meghan's role extends beyond her responsibilities in human resources and high-level management consulting; she also takes the lead in spearheading our firm's philanthropic initiatives.

Meghan's educational background is equally impressive, holding a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business & Finance and a life insurance license. These qualifications, combined with her extensive experience, make her an invaluable asset to our organization.

Outside of the office, Meghan finds joy in spending quality time with her family. During the summer, they retreat to their cabin, enjoying water sports and creating cherished memories. In the winter, they embrace the thrill of hitting the slopes.

Having accumulated more than 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, Genna became a valued member of Griffith & Associates in 2017. Collaborating closely with the team, she plays a pivotal role in developing robust policies and procedures while efficiently managing workflow to uphold our exceptional Client service standards. 

As an Associate Advisor with a life insurance license, she is also registered to sell mutual funds. Genna works on both wealth and insurance aspects of our business, empowering Clients to make well-informed decisions regarding their financial goals.

After gaining valuable experience in the wealth management and financial services industries over several years, Sam joined our team in 2021. His primary role involves working closely with our advisors to assist in the development of suitable investment portfolios based on current market expectations. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in finance from the University of Calgary's Haskayne School of Business, Sam brings a strong educational foundation to his work. Additionally, he recently completed the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation in 2021, further enhancing his experience in the field.

Outside of the office, Sam enjoys supporting the arts. He dedicates his time to volunteering with the Calgary International Film Festival and the Calgary Folk Music Festival, contributing to the vibrant cultural scene in the city. When he's not immersed in the world of finance or supporting the arts, you can often find Sam enjoying a cup of coffee while indulging in a wide array of music and podcasts.

As an Advisor with Griffith since 2022, Andrew provides advice to Clients in retirement planning, investment planning, and risk management. Andrew takes pleasure in simplifying complex concepts, ensuring that Clients fully understand their options and feel confident in their decision-making process. By breaking down information in a clear and digestible manner, Andrew empowers Clients to make informed choices that align with their financial goals.

Nicole joined the team in 2018 as a Service Associate, working closely with the advisors to provide excellent Client service. With five years of experience in the oil and gas industry, she brings valuable insights to Clients who share a similar background. Nicole is licensed in life insurance and registered in mutual funds.

Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys exploring cities with her husband, indulging in stargazing, and spending quality time in Fish Creek Park.

With seven years of experience in wealth management, Sherrie joined the firm at the beginning of 2024 as a service associate. After completing her degree, she moved to Calgary and developed an interest in the financial sector. Sherrie is an approachable individual who brings an abundance of Client service and administrative experience to the team and takes great pride in her work. Her interest in wealth management and financial strategies, as well as her desire for creating and fostering meaningful relationships, are some of the key reasons she joined the team. In her spare time, Sherrie enjoys cooking, reading and spending time with her family.

Elisabet joined the team in 2017, bringing with her a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Her role within the company involves overseeing overall operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. 

Outside of work, Elisabet is an outdoor enthusiast who finds great joy in exploring the beauty of the Rocky Mountains. Whether it's camping, hiking, biking, climbing, skiing, or birdwatching, she embraces every opportunity to immerse herself in nature.

With over 12 years of experience in the customer care and administrative field, specializing in healthcare and optometry Tori made the move to Griffith & Associates in 2024 and is currently working towards getting her insurance license. She is excited to learn more about the industry while using her previous experience to continue to provide positive customer care and efficiency.

When she is not working, Tori enjoys heading to the lake in the summer, hot yoga, spin class, spending time with her cat and travelling as much as she can. Originally from Vancouver Island she tries to get back regularly.
