Kaylee is the administrative assistant and front desk receptionist in our Melfort office, where she plays an integral role in supporting daily operations and delivering an exceptional Client experience. As one of the first points of contact for Clients, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming, professional environment and ensuring every interaction is handled with care, efficiency, and attention to detail.
Drawing on her background in healthcare, Kaylee brings a strong commitment to service, compassion, and relationship-building to her work. She is passionate about helping Clients feel comfortable, supported, and confident as they navigate important financial decisions, and takes pride in contributing to a culture built on trust, respect, and genuine care for the people Aurora serves.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and embracing opportunities to learn new skills. She also enjoys creative pursuits and is always looking for ways to grow both personally and professionally.
