Meet the team

Over his career, Ralf has helped many families accumulate wealth and protect their loved ones. Ralf is passionate about helping each Client. He works closely with them to develop a financial plan that meets their goals. One area of specialization Ralf appreciates is working with business owners to integrate all their needs into one plan. Ralf and his wife Kimberley have three daughters. Family gatherings are precious and harder to organize now that careers have drawn the girls from Vancouver to London, England. Ralf also volunteers his time in Oakville as a lifelong Rotarian.

For nearly two decades, Jennifer has helped individuals and business owners identify their financial goals and navigate difficult conversations. Jennifer also enjoys working with small to medium sized businesses to provide Group health and Dental and group RRSP options.

As a mother, a businesswoman and an active community volunteer, Jennifer's authentic interest in people resonates with Clients. She takes the complexity out of planning by making Clients financial security a priority.

As a millennial, Jamison realizes planning for the future starts now. She helps educate Clients about the immediate steps they can take to build wealth and protect their loved ones. Her background in international travel and education enabled her to hone her organizational skills. Jamison applies herself in the same way to helping each Client move forward on their journey to financial security. Jamison knows that life is full of transitions, from starting a family, buying a house or preparing for retirement. Working with her helps Clients prepare themselves for today and the days ahead. 

Kevin is a financial professional who holds the CFP® (CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®) designation. A Client-focused advisor, Kevin has an in-depth understanding of the financial landscape, while leveraging his passion for educating Clients. His combined business acumen and sports background give him a unique and structured perspective when it comes to strategic implementations. 

In addition to spending time with his wife and son, Kevin enjoys giving back to the community through volunteering. For 10 years, he coached every level of minor hockey from AA to Junior A. 

Irene has worked in financial services for over 20 years specializing in holistic options catered to each individual. Leveraging her experience in a wide range of wealth services, she leads the administrative support team. She also oversees operations, compliance, and marketing for our office. She is passionate about fostering an exceptional Client experience supported by seamless and efficient processes. She strives for continuous improvement within an ever evolving environment, and supports learning and personal development for the team. In her free time, Irene enjoys spending time with her family, in nature, and teaching wellness classes.

Jennifer has spent more than three decades as an estate and finance professional. She works closely with our advisors, joining in Client meetings and creating comprehensive financial roadmaps. She makes use of her deep knowledge of both individual and corporate retirement and estate planning strategies to provide guidance through a holistic planning process focused on tax driven solutions.

Jennifer and her husband enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle and spending time with their three children and five grandchildren.

With over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, Jessica understands the value in building strong relationships and providing proactive service. As a creative person, Jessica takes pride in helping advisors develop optimal insurance options for Clients. Jessica's love of helping people makes her well-suited for this career. She approaches challenges with an open mind.

Outside of the office, Jessica is an active community volunteer. She is a Certified Forest Therapy Guide and brings elements of this mindful practice into her workday life. Jessica grew up in Burlington and is happy to now be raising her daughter here with her husband.

Cindy holds a wealth of knowledge and experience in the financial services and insurance field. She has completed several highly recognized industry related courses, such as the Fellow, Life Management (FLMI) designation. Her knowledge, experience and passion for Client service, makes her a great asset to our team and to Clients.
In her spare time, Cindy enjoys spending time with family and hiking with their family pup.

Jayashree has been working within the Sun life organization since 2001, recently joining WSC as a Advisor Assistant. She brings a wealth of knowledge and customer service experience to her role. She warmly greets Clients in the office and on the phone. Her desire to help people is clearly evident in her attention to detail and caring ways. Coming from a large extended family, she is a natural fit in the work family and a valued team member.

Alexis is a diligent individual who is committed to supporting her WSC team and Clients. She is determined to use her psychology background and years of customer service experience to properly assist Clients and their financial needs. Alexis takes great pride in her ability to formulate solutions and inspire new ideas within the workplace. Her top priority is to help others and provide remarkable customer service. In her spare time, Alexis enjoys working out and volunteering.

Anna is a financial professional with a background in personal banking and a Bachelor of Commerce. She supports advisors and Clients with care, precision and professionalism. Anna values building meaningful relationships and takes pride in creating supportive and inclusive Client experiences. Outside of the office, Anna enjoys discovering new destinations and expressing her creativity through cooking.

Olivia is a hard-working and passionate individual who strives to support both her team and Clients. Her education from the University of Ottawa, coupled with her experience in the finance industry, allow her to approach challenges proactively and effectively apply her wealth of knowledge. She is dedicated to helping people and providing an exceptional Client experience.
In her spare time, she loves to stay active by participating in competitive sailing and skiing.
